Ipil River

The Ipil River is the leading river ecotourism destination in Northern Bohol — a ~32-kilometre navigable river system shared across the municipalities of Trinidad, Talibon, and Bien Unido. Fed by inland watersheds, it transitions from freshwater gorges and agricultural valleys in Trinidad through estuarine mangrove channels in Talibon to a coastal delta mouth in Bien Unido where it empties into the Camotes Sea. It is the primary site for community-based boat tours, kayaking, birdwatching, and firefly watching in northern Bohol.

A mineral-rich cold spring in Barangay Payao, Duero, southeastern Bohol. Water temperature averages 21–23°C, filtered through limestone strata and shaded by dense forest canopy. A concrete catchment barrier creates an open-air plunge pool for swimming. Informally managed by the local community; no commercial facilities. Accessible via cemented barangay roads from the Duero coastal highway. Categorised by the BPTO under Health and Wellness.

Tuhob Spring

A natural cold spring in Barangay Can-olin, Candijay, Bohol, sourced from underground limestone aquifers. Water temperature 20–22°C; concrete catchment basin 1.2–1.6 m deep. Name derives from the Cebuano tuhob: "to soak" or "to drench." Uncommercialized community swimming hole accessible directly off the Can-olin barangay road. Logical stop for visitors returning from Cadapdapan Rice Terraces or Can-umantad Falls.
