Tubig-Loon Spring Park

Overview

Tubig-Loon Spring Park, per the Municipality of Loon’s own tourism page, is built around a spring water source located north of the nucleus barangay of Napo — the spring from which, per local etymology, the town’s name Loon is said to derive. The park has two main pools: a lazy-river-style pool suited to leisurely swimming and picnics, and a separate Olympic-size pool reserved for swim training and competitions. Getting There

From Tagbilaran City (Dao Terminal), take a bus approximately 28 km north to the Loon Municipal Hall. From there, hire a habal-habal or tricycle to Tubig-Loon Spring Park (typical fare Php 15–20), or walk along Sevilla Street at the back of the Municipal Hall complex, following signage to the park.
