Super Shuttle’s Cebu crossings start at north Cebu ports, not the city piers — this is the thing to plan around:

• Hagnaya Port (for Bantayan): 3–4 hours north of Cebu City; take a Ceres bus from Cebu North Bus Terminal (₱160–180) or drive the north coast.
• Pier 88, Liloan (for Camotes): in the far north of Cebu near Daanbantayan — not to be confused with the southern Liloan-Sibulan ferry to Negros. Confirm which Liloan your ticket means.

Class tiers — what you actually get

Jagna ↔ Camiguin — the direct Bohol crossing

Super Shuttle Ferry also operates a RoRo crossing between Jagna, Bohol, and Balbagon Port on Camiguin Island — a direct island-hop that doesn’t route through Mindanao. The crossing takes roughly 3–4 hours.

This is a genuine point-to-point option for travelers moving between Bohol and Camiguin without backtracking through a mainland hub. As with Super Shuttle’s other RoRo vessels, expect Economy and, where offered, Tourist A seating — functional rather than comfortable, built for the crossing rather than the view. Being a RoRo vessel, it takes cars and motorbikes as well as foot passengers, so travelers moving a vehicle between the two islands can plan around it rather than around a passenger-only fast craft.

Frequency on this route is not the same story as Hagnaya–Bantayan. Super Shuttle doesn’t publish a reliable sailing schedule for Jagna–Camiguin the way it does for its high-volume Cebu crossings, and days of operation may be limited.
